Stability and risk management are key requirements for high-consequence software, and to help ensure that PeopleFluent provides the necessary continuity required in these types of environments the following release policy is applied to the PeopleFluent Learning LMS:

• Policy Statement 1: Defects within the code base, regardless of the source version reported, will be resolved in the next scheduled version after the issue is corrected.
  
  
• Policy Statement 2: A patch of an existing version may be issued for defects causing significant performance degradation; these are reviewed on a case by case basis.

Starting in 2021, PeopleFluent will provide three versions per year to the PeopleFluent Learning LMS. These versions – containing defect corrections, minor enhancements, and new features – will go through extensive internal testing and quality assurance, and contain summary level notes regarding changes to the new versions.  For customers hosting their own instance of the LMS or for partner-hosted customers, the new version is downloadable as a single package in the download area.

The following versions are no longer supported. Customers on these versions will need to upgrade to a supported version to obtain technical support from the client services team, corrections or customization.
