Problem: Email accounts may be inactivated if unused for an extended time. Or users may not have received the original reset email.
Summary: To resend a password reset email to a cohort member's home email address, and re-activate their accout if needed, the following steps are required.
1- Access the ipaas Admin portal
2- Navigate to the Users area and search for the proper user to update
3- Users status is displayed as shown. If the account is Locked a checkbox is shown to Unlock the user. Email can also be added or updated, then scroll down and save changes.
4- Once the user is unlocked and the proper email has been saved, navigate to the users area, search for the user and click the indicated icon in the Action column to generate a new password reset email
