Summary:
Install issue – JavaScript message

JavaScript must be enabled to use this application - you may receive this message on the server when trying to open OrgPublisher Administration.  However you should be able to open OrgPublisher Administration from the Admin's own desktop pc.

On the OrgPublisher server depending on the browser you are using, make sure Javascript is enabled for the browser.

Check the settings via the Trusted Site/Internet where 'Active scripting':
