Summary:

If you want your end-users to stay in the same spot in the chart when they switch from the one style to the next, all you have to do is turn on the "Synchronize navigation between views” feature.
 

Here’s how:

For OrgPublisher version 11.x and earlier, it is done via the "Options" menu:

Make sure the check mark is there; if it is not click on "Synchronize navigation between views" to toggle it on.  Save your chart and re-publish.

For OrgPublisher 21.x and later, turn the "Synchronize navigation between views" switch on in the "Hierarchy / Preview" tab:

Then click "Save" or "Apply" and then republish the chart
