Jobs in Talent Mobility

In PeopleFluent Talent Mobility, there are 2 ways users can view all open jobs across their organization.  

• Select Jobs from the Explore menu

                        -or-

• Click Find Open Jobs from the
  Home page

Searching for Jobs

Search using the filters on the left-hand sidebar or enter a specific job name in the search field at the top of the page.

Job Information

Users can learn more about a job opening by clicking the View Job button in the search results. 

Key job information includes: 

• Job Summary
• Job Responsibilities
• Job Requirements
• A skill gap analysis
• The number of views and applicants
• Similar jobs across the organization

Like and Apply for a Job

Users can express interest in a job opening by clicking the Like button.

The assigned recruiter is notified of the user's interest and the user can now apply for the job.
