Summary: The Manager Portal is a key component of PeopleFluent Talent Mobility. The portal is used by manager users to maintain and create projects for employees to grow into their current position or advance their skill sets needed in order to be promoted into a new role.

The manager portal provides the ability for managers to complete functions with regard to projects they have created for their employees such as: 

• View the status of their current
  projects
• Update a current project 
• Close a project
• Post a new project
• Invite employees to a project
