Summary: How Project Recommendations are designed to assist managers and employees achieve the benefits of advancing an employee's career. 

Detailed information:

Within the Manager Portal, once a manager creates a project employees can view recommended projects on the Home page. Recommendations are based on the employee's current skill set and potential skill gaps.

Another asset of project recommendations is that Managers can source talent for the projects they post in the project marketplace. For each project, Talent Mobility will recommend users who best match the project requirements.

Managers can then invite the employee to join the project. Employees who are invited to participate in a project will receive an email giving them the option to express interest and view the project details.
