Registration

On the day of Go-Live users will be directed to the Talent Mobility registration page where they will be asked to enter basic information about themselves and to set their preferences.

 

Registration Steps

• About You
  First and Last name, Job title, location and interests
• Your Career
  Select skills that you use in your current role and enter your career aspirations
  
• Mentoring Preferences
  Select your mentoring preferences
  

 

 

Home Page

Upon successful completion of registration, Talent Mobility shows the user their recommended mentors based on their skill gaps and career aspirations.

 

 

Mentoring Search

PeopleFluent Talent Mobility makes it easy for users to network with others across the organization to have meaningful career conversations and find a mentor.

 

 

Search using the filters on the left-hand sidebar

Enter a specific mentor name in the search field at the top of the page

 

 

 

Public Profile Page

Users can learn more about a potential mentor by viewing their public profile page.

Key profile information includes:

• Current Job
• Skills
• Interests
• Experience
• Completed Mentoring
• Completed Learning

 

Request Mentoring

Users can request mentoring on an employee’s public profile.

Types of mentoring include:

• Career Advice
• Skills Help
• Networking

 

 

Users can select the skill they would like to receive mentoring on and then submit their request.

 

 

Mentorship Preferences

On the My Opportunities page, users can click Mentoring Preferences to edit and update their mentorship preferences for each of the mentoring categories.

Mentoring categories include:

• Career Advice
• Skills Help
• Networking

 

Mentorship Requests

Users can view all mentoring requests by clicking on the My Opportunities page.

Key capabilities include:

• Users can view all outgoing requests
• Users can view all incoming requests and accept or deny the request

 

 

Current Mentorships

Users can view all current mentoring engagements on the My Opportunities page.

Key capabilities include:

• Viewing all current mentorship engagements where:
  • User is the Mentor
  • User is being mentored by someone else
• Chatting with mentor/mentee
• Rating and reviewing the mentor

 

Ending Mentorships

Users can rate and review their mentor.

 

User Profile

Users can view all past mentorships on their profile to help showcase the skills in which they excel.
