Summary: Explain how to build your profile during registration

Detailed Information: The first time a new user logs in you will be prompted to "Build Your Profile". This gives users the opportunity to provide any relevant career data that the organization is not already tracking, such as uploading a Profile picture, adding details in the "Introduce Yourself" section, and selecting Skills. Other users will be able to view these fields on your Profile once you complete them.
