Detailed Information:
On the day of Go-Live users will be directed to the Talent Mobility registration page where they will be asked to enter basic information about themselves and to set their preferences.

Registration Steps:

1. About You
   - First and Last name, Job title, location and interests
2. Your Career
   - Select skills that you use in your current role and enter your career aspirations
3. Mentoring Preferences
   - Select your mentoring preferences
   
   

Upon successful completion of registration, Talent Mobility shows the user their recommended mentors based on their skill gaps and career aspirations.
