PeopleFluent Talent Mobility makes it easy for users to network with others across the organization to have meaningful career conversations and find a mentor.
There are two ways to search for a mentor:
- Search using the filters on the left-hand sidebar.
- Enter a specific mentor name in the search field at the top of the page.
Users can learn more about a potential mentor by viewing their public profile page. Key profile information includes:
- Current Job
- Skills
- Interests
- Experience
- Completed Mentoring
- Completed Learning
