In Talent Mobility, a project is a short-term opportunity that can help employees grow into their current role or develop the skills needed to move into a new role. 

Once a manager creates a project, employees can view recommended projects on the Home page. Recommendations are based on the employee's current skill set and potential skill gaps. 

Managers can also push project roles for employees, which can be viewed on the Home page.
