Performance Improvements

Summary

We have made several improvements to the way PeopleFluent Recruiting handles large amounts of data, in order to ensure that the user experience remains fast and efficient.

Improved Pagination Controls

Improved pagination has been added to the Positions and Candidates list pages.  You can use this enhancement to designate the number of records shown on a page, navigate forward and backward, and jump to a designated page.

Position Selector

Locating a specific position when there are a large number of them can be cumbersome and time consuming.  Our new position selector will improve this experience by allowing you to search for a position by typing in a name, location or ID.  You can sort the search results and easily navigate up and down the list of results.  This new feature can be used when performing a variety of tasks, including copying, moving and adding candidates, as well as filtering candidate lists by position.

New Values for Salary Periods

Summary

New values have been added to the Salary Period field in the Position details.  These new values include Daily, Weekly, Biweekly and Monthly.

Removal of Positions List on Reports Page

Summary

In order to improve performance when there are a large number of positions, we have removed the individual positions from the list on the Reporting/Analytics page.  You can still view reports for individual positions by selecting the Reports tab on the Position Pipeline page.
