How to Add Calibration Template Rating Scales

This article explains how to add or edit a rating scale at the Calibration template level in Talent Management – Succession.

Detailed Information:
The purpose of this article is to describe how to configure separate rating scales at the Calibration template level to be used in all subsequent sessions if needed. It gives you the option to use the Global Rating Scale or Specific Scale for review sessions that are applicable to your talent review sessions.

Note: You can configure calibration templates from one of the following menus:

  • Go to Talent Management Administration > Succession Planning Administration > Talent Review > Calibration Templates.

  • Go to Talent Management Administration > Performance Administration > Talent Review > Calibration Templates.

Step-by-Step Procedures:

To add/edit a calibration template:

  1. On the Calibration Templates page, click Add at the bottom of the page to create a new template

  2. Or you can edit an existing template to configure the fields for the X-Axis or Y-Axis to a field that has a rating-related value such as Adhoc Performance Rating or Overall Performance Rating

      3. Next you will see a field labeled X-Axis or Y-Axis Rating Scale where you can then select a specific              rating scale for your calibration template session.

     4. Now you can hit the "Save" button at the bottom of the Calibration template page to save your 

         session template details.

     5. You are finished and now your template will have its own specific assigned rating scale if necessary.
