Resetting user's Career site password by an Administrator via the TM application
Aside from the "I forgot my password" option on the Career site, Administrators have the ability to reset the user's password as needed from the Talent Management application.
1. Navigate to Recruiting Administration > Channel Configuration > Channels
2. Click the Edit icon for the Channel where the user is registered
3. Click the "Maintenance" tab.
4. Click “Manage Candidates”.
5. In the pop-up, use available filters to search for user. Click on the user’s name.
6. Click on yellow button to ‘Reset Password’. This will email a temporary password to the candidate.
7. The following pop-up will appear asking for confirmation. Click “Ok”. This will email a temporary password to the candidate.
