Summary:

Approvals Pending number shows a different number then what is in the approval flow
 
 
 Detailed Information:

When a position is changed from draft to pending status, the approvals number shows a different number than what is in the approval flow.

• Position 13173 is showing Pending with 4 approvals in the approval flow

• However, under Recruiting Preferences >Approvals> Position Approvals the number differs as 5 approvers appear.

Possible Reason: 

If a Position with an existing Approval Flow is created, and then the Approval Flow is edited from Recruiting Preferences to and add a new Approver,  any Position that was created before the Approval Flow was updated will show the original number of Approvers; this is true even if the Position is edited and saved after the new Approver is added.  Any Positions created after the Approval Flow was edited to add a new Approver will show the new number of Approvers.
