You can use candidate, position, and activity data to generate reports or "visuals".
To Create Custom Reports
Click the Reports link in the left sidebar.
Click Custom Reports in the top-right corner.
Click Analyses in the left sidebar.
Click New analysis in the top-right corner.
Select a dataset: Candidates, Positions, or All Data & Activity.
Click the Visualize icon (chart) in the left sidebar and choose the fields and report type to display.
Click the Filter icon (funnel) in the left sidebar and select options to refine the data for grouping.
Use the options on the left sidebar to refine the data and appearance of your report.
Enter a name for your analysis in the text box near the top of the window.
Unless you set Autosave to Off, your changes will be saved and your report will be available on your Analyses view.
