Internal Candidate Indicator

Summary

As of this release, a new icon will display next to candidates who applied through the employee portal.  This icon indicates that the applicant is an internal employee. 

Updated Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability Form

Summary

On April 25, 2023, the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) approved OFCCP’s revised Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability Form (CC-305). OFCCP revised the form to update the preferred language for disabilities and to include additional examples of disabilities.

We have updated the voluntary self-identification form to comply with the OMB’s new guidelines and it will be displayed in candidate applications where it has been enabled.
