Summary:
Deleting Organization Stakeholders via Data Processing Script

Detailed Information:
Aside for using the API, Organization stakeholders may be deleted using the DeleteStakeholderWithSpecificAoRFromOrg Data Processing Script.

 

1. Navigate to Administration Menu > Performance Administration Section > Data Setup > Data File Processing. Click on the "Add" button
   
   

   
    

2. Fill up required fields as indicated by the asterisk (*). For the "Processing Script" field, make sure to choose "DeleteStakeholderWithSpecificAoRFromOrg " from the dropdown. Click "Save"
   
   
    

3. Click the upload button, to upload your new CSV file.

   

   
   Note: CSV file should have following columns: Organization ID, Stakeholder ID and Area of Responsibility. A Valid Organization SSRK (Org Code) and Person SSRK (Employee ID) should be provided for the Organization ID and Stakeholder ID values respectively.
   
   

    

4. Hit the "Process Plan Update" button
   
   
    
5. Under the Process Log History toward the bottom, you can click the refresh button after a few moments to ensure the file upload was completed with no errors.
