How to request for SSO SAML Certificate Update for NON-iPaas (Legacy) Customers

Detailed Information:

SSO SAML certificates need to be updated before expiration date to prevent system access issues. To request for certificate updates, please submit a Support case with the following information:

1. Date and Time (please specify time zone)
2. Environment: Production, Test or both
3. Attach new Certificate file

We will coordinate with our Operations team to schedule the update since this need to be done simultaneously between PeopleFluent and the customer.
