How to Create a Custom Report

How to generate ALL the users’ records based on ORGANIZATION
If standard report does not meet your requirements or the specific fields that you want to see is not displayed on standard report, custom report maybe the solution. Below are the steps on how to create a custom report:
- On Reports >> Report Wizard >> Create report;
- Enter the details of the following;
- Report ID;
- Report name;
- Report Type;
- You may select the desired output fields based on the selected type.
3. Save the report;
4. Select the fields output on the report under Columns tab like userID, username, etc. and save;
5. After selecting the desired fields on Columns tab, you may proceed to Summary tab to select the output format of the report, we recommend using the 'CSV (Comma delimited) (*.csv)' and save it on your machine or you have the option to scheduled it on your desired time and date.
Note: Users should have the applicable permission for them to be able to generate the custom report, including the modules and users who they want to check as these information will not show up on the selector page.
