How to configure compensation worksheet fields

Summary

To provide necessary data for compensation planning it may be necessary to modify available fields. Columns can be added, removed or renamed then visibility can be configured by role.

 

Detailed Information

Fist navigate to the chosen reward cycle and select Worksheet UI configuration and click Select Columns.

 

Then add or remove columns as needed. To select multiple fields hold down the CTRL key while clicking the desired fields, then use central controls to move fields between Available and Selected areas.

 

Once proper fields have been selected Click OK

 

To modify visibility, click the Edit In Place icon for the desired field then click Set Visibility as shown

 

Update visibility by role as desired then click Save

 

To preserve changes be sure to click Save view, then select Public or Private

 

Enter the name and click OK as shown
