If your organization has licensed the Code of Federal Regulation record keeping (CFR 21) feature for the LMS, there are two system configuration settings you can enable that relate to auditing actions related to
certifications. You can specify whether eSignatures are required to edit or delete certifications, and you can specify whether an eSignature is required to award certifications or delete certification awards in the Career Development Center.
The eSignature system configuration options are Enable eSignature for Certification update/delete and Enable eSignature for awarding/deleting User Certifications.
Activity with eSignatures is available in compliance reports R505 - Audit Trail Report, and R506 - Audit Trail User Action Report.
