Prog settings:

Module Properties: 

Session Properties:

Enrol onto the Programme.

Complete one of the submodules and set the other to Failed:

Re-enrol onto the failed sub-module (Online_Test)

Complete the re-enrolment.

This will then complete the programme because credit is shared.

(its also worth pointing out that the completed re-enrolment shows inside and outside of the programme because the credit is shared)
