Adding Position Stakeholders via Data Processing Script
Detailed Information:
Aside from using our API files, admins also have the ability to add Position Stakeholders a data processing script. Position stakeholders may be added using the "AA_AddPositionStakeholders" Data Processing Script.
1. Navigate to Perf Admin Section> Data Setup> Data File Processing
2. Click the "Add" button
3. Complete the Process Name field as it is required
4. Choose the "AA_AddPositionStakeholders" value from the Processing Script dropdown field also required.
5. Click the "Save" button at the bottom right side of the page.
6. Click the "Upload" button, to upload your new CSV file.
Note: The CSV file must have the following 3 columns: Stakeholder ID, Position Holder ID, and Stakeholder Role. A Valid Person SSRK (Employee ID) should be provided for the Stakeholder and Position Holder ID values respectively.
Examples of Stakeholder Role column are PERFORMANCE_HR, HR_VIEWER, DISTRIBUTED_PERFORMANCE_ADMIN.
7. Hit the "Process Plan Update" button
8. Scroll down the page Under the Process Log History section, you can click the refresh button after a few moments to ensure your CSV file upload is completed and fix errors if there are any as necessary.
