Summary
In some cases it is necessary to add stakeholders to many employees at once based on hierarchy dependent business logic. In this case you may wish to use a grid to filter for the proper people to update dynamically. Using the "Rolls Up To" functionality and leveraging the "Levels below" setting allows administrators to control stakeholder assignments across large groups.
Detailed Information
1-Create 2 new Custom fields in the Positions Entity to store the Stakeholder ID and Area Of Responsibility then click Save.
2-Save a grid view with the proper filter elements to identify IDs requiring stakeholder assignment
3-Navigate to Select View > Manage Views
4-Copy the values for Grid Type and Grid id
5-Navigate to Performance Administration > Data Setup > Data Processing Scripts
6-Update the Grid Type and Grid id in the first row below the comments.
