Where a  client is having performance issues, responses to these questions will help us to provide
configuration and environmental recommendations. 

1. What version of the PeopleFluent Learning Application are you running?
2. Please provide a copy of the ekp.properties file.
3. What is the size of the Application folders on the Application server?
4. Application Server Information:
   1. Is the Learning application's server dedicated or a shared server?
      1. If shared, what other applications are running on the server
   2. What OS are you using?
      1. If you are using Windows...
         1. Java Options from regdit.
         2. Java memory settings from regedit.
   3. What is the OS version?
   4. What is the server configuration for the Application Server?
      1. Memory
      2. CPU
      3. Disk
      4. Pagefile or SWAP (Windows vs Linux)
5. What version of Tomcat?
6. What version of Apache?
7. Copy of the Tomcat context.xml file.
8. Copy of the Tomcat server.xml file.
9. Copy of the Apache settings (httpd.conf or similar (depending on how Apache is deployed))
10. What DB are you using?
11. What Version is the DB?
12. What is the size of the DB?
13. What is the server configuration for the DB Server?
    1. Memory
    2. Disk
    3. CPU
14. Are there other DBs on the database server?
15. What monitoring system are you using?
16. How often do you rotate the logs?
    1. Tomcat
    2. Apache
    3. Learning
17. Are you using a content server?
