New All Candidates Permission
Summary
In this release, a new All Candidates permission is available. This permission allows a user to see all candidates, regardless of their role. Please note that when the All Candidates permission is enabled, the All Positions permission is automatically enabled, giving the user access to position information for the candidates.
Both permissions are located in the General permissions section in role set up.
Referred Candidate Indicator
Summary
As of this release, a new icon will display next to candidates who were submitted by referral from an employee through the employee portal. This icon indicates that the applicant is a referred candidate.
Additional PATCH Operations for Candidate Custom Fields
Summary
Previously, organizations could only replace candidate custom field values via PATCH using the "replace" operation. In this release we have added the ability to add and remove values via PATCH using the following operations:
- "add" - This operation creates a new attribute for the custom field and specified value if it does not already exist on the candidate record. The add operation updates the value for the specified path if that custom field already exists on the candidate record.
"remove" - This operation removes the value for the specified path. It will ignore the "value" attribute in the payload if specified.
Default Sort Order of Positions/Pools Updated
Summary
In this release, we have updated the default order in which the positions and pools are sorted on the Positions/Pools page. The sort order is now as follows:
Active
Draft / Pending Approval
Closed
Archived (if enabled)
