Summary:
Data from PeopleFluent Learning (legacy) system can be extracted using the integrated reports functionality. Scorm and ed-online courses can also be extracted via the ftp functionality. These functionalities are available to all LMS administrators and they can perform the data extraction themselves.

For any other data that cannot be downloaded from the application, contact PeopleFluent account manager to determine if such service can be provided for a fee.

This document assumes the LMS administrator already has a working knowledge of creating reports. For more information on report creation please refer to Appendix A. The recommended format to extract the data is in csv format. This is a widely used format and most systems have a way of importing files in this format.

Most common data that can be extracted via reports:

• Users
• Courses
• Training Summary by User 
• Schedules
• Registrations and statuses
• Classrooms by Branches
• Instructors for scheduled courses

This document will also provide instructions on how to download courses (both ed-online format and SCORM).

Note that these are the most common reports. For special needs, LMS administrators have the ability to create custom reports in any way that fits their needs, based on the principles laid down in this document.

Detailed Summary:

1. Extracting Users' data
   This requires a report that will mimic the Auto-import-user feed. This will allow the administrators to retrieve users data in the same format as it was input via the user feed.
