Below is a sample of a INVFEDID error the user receives upon logging in to the application
The INVFEDID error translates to "Invalid Federated ID (or missing External ID)". This generally occurs when the value of the NameID attribute in the SAML assertion passed does not match any of the values listed on the External ID field for the user in iPaas.
To resolve this issue, contact your SSO team and confirm the NameID attribute passed in the SAML assertion. The value should match the External ID value in the user's iPaas record. If not, make the necessary adjustments to correct the value.
If the above does not solve the issue, kindly open a Support case and include the screenshot of the error, similar to the one above. The "Request Id" is the key information we need to troubleshoot further.
