Summary
This enhancement allows offline reports to be scheduled to run once or on a recurring basis. 


Detailed Information

The processing log indicated the following error:

A problem occurred updating ["Name", id: xxxxxx] with datamap [Job]. Error is: Could not locate a job record.: An error occurred in executing formula 'xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx': Could not locate a job record.

 

This usually means a job cannot be located within the timeframe for the employee based on the Reference Date.  The Reference Date is usually found within the Plan Settings.  There are multiple options for this setting, so be sure to check what the setting is referencing the date.  In this example, the "AsOf" option means it is associated with the date found in the setting "AsOfDate" on the same page. 

 

 

After reviewing the setting, Review the JobHistories Grid for the employee to see if a Job exist.  If the Grid return an empty result or there is no job for that date, the data needs to be imported.
