To increase the bulk statement download size, there are two options that need to be modified/checked by Customer Support team. The data grid max result size should be increased to the expected number of employees that need to be downloaded. The Max File Download Size should also be verified to make sure the file size will be accounted for.
1) System Settings: Data Grid Max Results Size
2) System Settings: Max Download File Size
As the system settings can affect performance, Customer Support will monitor the system and revert the setting if it's impacting Performance negatively.
