Steps in getting the JAVA Logs of SCORM Courses

Detailed information:

Step 1

Start the course that appears to have an issue.

Step 2

In the course window, point your cursor in the top area, until it becomes a double-sided arrow.

Step 3

Pull the cursor down to reveal the log area.

Step 4.

Click on the white area and immediately press the SHIFT + ~ (tilde) keys in your keyboard. This will open the Java log window.

Step 5

You can start copying the logs generated especially on the part the issue occured.
