Summary:

These buttons enable administrators or other allowed roles to make changes to the exam status of the learners. This can be enabled or disabled in the Role Access configuration.

When you review the transcript of users or learners, you can also view/review their exam results. In the Exam Review Page, some buttons will enable the administrator or other roles to make more changes to the learner's exam results. These are the:

• Changer Exam Status
• Review Exam Response
• Refresh

These controls need to be enabled in the Role of the users.

Manage Center > Users > Roles > System Roles

In the Access Control for Role Page, look for the configuration:

Display Details, Progress, and Course Interactions when Reviewing Learner Transcript Detail

This will enable the role to have access to these controls in the Exam Review Page.
