Resolve PDF statement error in Chrome

Summary:

Some users have issues with generating PDF statement when attempting to run the statements in Chrome.  If so, the user can verify whether their browser have a PDF extension (Ex. Adobe Acrobat) and disable it to temporary resolves the issue.

 

Details:

Sometimes when running PDF statements within TM using Chrome, the report might not generate with the following error:

 

When this happen, check the Chrome browser extension and disable the PDF extension (Adobe Acrobat)

Close the browser to clear any cache and open the browser again to open the same statement.
