How to Hide a Reward Cycle Worksheet

Summary
Following completion of a compensation planning cycle it is necessary to hide existing worksheets before publishing new worksheets. To do this, it may be necessary to roll up workflow administratively in order to mark the process complete. It is optional to also hide the worksheet from selection lists and put the Reward Cycle in Test or Maintenance mode. The steps are below.
Detailed Information
1 - To review what worksheets are published, navigate to:
Main Menu > Compensation > [Reward Cycle name]
In this example we see worksheets available for the 2023 Bonus Cycle
2 - To hide the 2023 worksheets navigate to Compensation Administration > Total Compensation Planning > Reward Cycle Configurations > Edit [Reward Cycle name]
3 - Navigate to Manage Workflow
4 - Click Submit
5 - Comments are optional > be sure Send Out Notifications is UN-checked > Click OK to proceed
6 - Click OK to submit
7 - Repeat the previous "Submit" steps until the Mark Process Complete button becomes available
Note the count decrements with each iteration
8 - When it becomes available click Mark Process Complete
9 - Click "Ok" on the confirmation popup window
9 - Following that update the screen will look like this
10 - Optional steps include Hiding from selection lists and/or placing the cycle in Test mode.
Navigate to:
Options > Is Reward Cycle In Test Mode , click Yes
Still in Options, scroll down and check Hide from Selection Lists
11 - Repeat step one to verify the worksheet is no longer available via the main menu. To review what worksheets are published, navigate to: Main Menu > Compensation > [Reward Cycle name]
