Candidates unable to complete questionnaires located on the Information Request Status page

Summary:
When candidates go to the Information Request Status page of the Candidate Portal site to complete their questionnaires, they may see "No Results Found" or "No longer available" messages instead of a Please Complete link.
Detailed Information:
Requisitions have to be in Open status so the candidates can complete their questionnaires in the Information Request Status section of the Candidate Portal:
Once the status is updated to Open, the Please Complete link should be visible to access the questionnaire link:
