Summary:
This article explains how to synchronize navigation between different chart views. There could be a need for the top-of-chart person or group needs to be different for a specific view. In order to maintain the correct setting for each view, the chart must be configured to synchronize so that the chart view selected will retain the correct top box and group of the current view when switching to a different view.
 

Note: Users with the appropriate permissions can synchronize navigation between views 
 

To synchronize navigation between views:

1. Go to Home > Web Apps > Web App Name > Chart Name > Hierarchy/Preview.
2. In the View Setting section, select Synchronize navigation between views.

3. Click Save to save and close, or click Apply to save your changes and continue editing chart options.

You must publish the chart to see your changes reflected in the Charting web app.
