Summary:

You can view a list of learners who have been awarded a competency in the User Review tab for the competency. You can also award the competency to users and revoke it from users in the list.

Administrators with unrestricted access to the Competency Manager and Competency Model features in System Roles (Manage Features > Competency Manager Features) can review competencies in the User Review tab when editing a competency.

To review a competency

1. Go to Manage Center > Talent > Competency Models. The Competency Model page opens with a list of the models at the top level of the hierarchy.
2. Select the model containing the competency you want to review. Its competencies are listed on the right-hand side.
3. Select Edit from the action menu of the competency you want to edit. The competency's Details tab opens.
4. Click the User Review tab. The User Review tab lists any users who have been awarded the competency.
