Award Competencies in the Manage Center

Summary:
You can award a competency to one or more learners in the competency's User Review tab in the Manage Center.
Administrators with unrestricted access to the Competency Manager and Competency Model features in System Roles (Manage Features > Competency Manager Features) can award competencies in the User Review tab.
To award a competency
- Go to Manage Center > Talent > Competency Models. The Competency Model page opens with a list of the models at the top level of the hierarchy.
- Select the model containing the competency you want to award. Its competencies are listed on the right-hand side.
- Select Edit from the action menu of the competency you want to award. The competency's Details tab opens.
- Click the User Review tab. The User Review tab lists any users who have been awarded the competency.
- Click + Award Competency. The Award Competency dialog opens.
- Select the proficiency level of the competency to award and click Next.
- Start typing the user ID or name of the users you want to award the competency to, or click the browse icon to open the User Selector, where you can search for users.
- Select an expiry date for the competency, if required, and click Next.
- Review the award details and click Next. The competency is awarded to the selected users.
- Click Close. The users are added to the list in the User Review tab.
