Revoke Competencies in the Manage Center

Summary:
You can revoke a competency from one or more learners in the competency's User Review tab in the Manage Center.
After revoking a competency, it may later be re-awarded automatically if Training is selected in its Recognition Policy and the learner meets the training requirements.
Administrators with unrestricted access to the Competency Manager and Competency Model features in System Roles (Manage Features > Competency Manager Features) can revoke competencies in the User Review tab.
To revoke a competency
- Go to Manage Center > Talent > Competency Models. The Competency Model page opens with a list of the models at the top level of the hierarchy.
- Select the model containing the competency you want to revoke. Its competencies are listed on the right-hand side.
- Select Edit from the action menu of the competency you want to revoke. The competency's Details tab opens.
- Click the User Review tab. The User Review tab lists any users who have been awarded the competency.
- Select Revoke Competency from the action menu of the user you want to revoke the competency from. Alternatively, select the check boxes of multiple users and then select Revoke Competency from the Bulk Actions drop-down list.
- Click OK. The user is removed from the list in the User Review tab.
