Summary:

You can edit a competency language bundle to update the title, description, and the title and description of their proficiency levels, in the user's preferred language, subject to availability. Using the action menu on the Manage Language Bundles page, you can also change the language of competency language bundles, and configure their access permissions.

Administrators with unrestricted access to the Competency Manager feature in System Roles (Manage Features > Competency Manager) can edit competency language bundles.

To edit a competency language bundle

1. Go to Manage Center > Talent > Competency Models. The Competency Model page opens with a list of the models at the top level of the hierarchy.
2. Select the model containing the competency you want to edit. Its competencies are listed on the right-hand side.
3. Select Manage Language Bundles from the competency's action menu. The Manage Language Bundles page opens with a list of the language bundles configured for the competency.
4. Select Edit from the language bundle's action menu. The Edit Language Bundle dialog opens.
5. Update the title, description, and the title and description of the proficiency levels, as required.
6. Click Save.
