Summary: 

Configure the 3-Year Compensation History Widget

A compensation administrator may need to configure the information that appears in the 3-Year History widget on the Compensation page of the Talent Profile. This may include changing the starting plan year and the types of compensation that appear in the table.

To configure the 3-Year Compensation History widget

• Go to Menu > Administration Home > Site Administration > Data Setup > System Settings. The System Settings page appears and displays a list of the system settings you can edit.
• Use the SmartGrid filters to find the Compensation Profile Current Year setting.

• Click the Edit icon.
• Change the year in the Value field to the year you want to use. The widget displays that year's information along with the two years prior to it.
• To edit the types of compensation that appear in the widget, go to Menu > Administration Home > Site Administration > Data Setup > Common Display Value Categories.
• Click the Edit icon for Compensation Profile Summary Categories. The list of available values is displayed.
• Click the Edit icon for any value you want to remove from the widget. The Edit Display Value page is displayed.
• To hide a value, select the Inactive check box. To rename a value, type a new name in the Display Name field.
• Click Save.
• Click Save.
• Click Back to List.
