Update 3 Year History on Talent Profile

Configure the 3-Year Compensation History Widget

Compensation administrators may need to adjust the details displayed in the 3-Year History widget on the Compensation page within the Talent Profile. This can include updating the starting plan year and selecting which types of compensation appear in the table.

 

To configure the 3-Year Compensation History widget

  • Go to Menu > Administration Home > Site Administration > Data Setup > System Settings. The System Settings page appears and displays a list of the system settings you can edit.
  • Use the SmartGrid filters to find the Compensation Profile Current Year setting.

 

Edit the Plan Year

  • Click the Edit icon.
  • In the Value field, update the year to the desired starting plan year.
    The widget will display data for that year plus the two preceding years.

Update Compensation Types

  • Navigate to:
    Menu > Administration Home > Site Administration > Data Setup > Common Display Value Categories
  • Click the Edit icon for Compensation Profile Summary Categories.
    A list of available values will appear.

Modify Display Values

  • Click the Edit icon next to any value you want to change.
    The Edit Display Value page will open.
  • To hide a value: Select the Inactive checkbox.
  • To rename a value: Enter the new name in the Display Name field.
  • Click Save.

Finalize Changes

  • Click Save again.
  • Click Back to List to return to the previous screen.
