24.04 Update: Market Data Enhancements for Off-Cycle Reward Cycles

Summary:

The 24.04 release introduces market data fields—previously available only in focal reward cycles—into off-cycle reward cycles. Specifically:

  • Salary Off-Cycle Reward Cycles
    Market Position and New Market Position fields are now available.
  • Market Range Percentiles
    Any fields marked as Active in
    Menu > Administration Home > Site Administration > Data Setup > Market Range Percentiles
    can now be added to the Recommendation Details form widget.
    Additionally, all market range fields (e.g., currentMarketRange1, newMarketRange1, etc.) are now supported in formulas and alerts.

These market data fields can be used in:

  • The Recommendation Details widget
  • Formulas
  • Alerts
