To add statement from the reward cycle to the employee dashboard, the option is available from the Reward Cycle Options: 

Check the option "Enable Statements on Employee Dashboard", navigate to to the Employee Dashboard, the statement enabled for the Reward Cycle will be available under the "My Compensation Statements" section.
