Applicable Product:
- OrgPublisher
Applicable Release:
- V21 and later
Summary:
This article demonstrates how to allow other end-users besides chart admins to view log files.
The Admin and Charting web app logs capture event details that can be useful when troubleshooting issues. The amount of detail captured for each event is based on the Log Level settings in the OrgPublisher Configuration Utility.
There are four levels of log entries:
1. Debug: Captures events that provide the most detail of an operation and is typically only used specifically when performing troubleshooting as it may affect performance.
2. Information: Captures events that describe the successful operation of an application, driver, or service.
3. Warning: Captures events that are not necessarily significant, but may indicate a possible future problem.
4. Error: Captures events that indicate a significant problem such as loss of data or loss of functionality.
