*Please note TEST/UAT could have outages for clients if restarts are required during the maintenance window where PROD and TEST/UAT share servers and/or connections.

Friday, December 20, 2024 at 9:00 PM EST / Saturday, December 21, 2024 at 2:00 AM GMT

End of Maintenance Window:
Saturday, December 21, 2024 at 2:00 AM EST / Saturday, December 21, 2024 at 7:00 AM GMT

What to expect?:

• During this maintenance window, users attempting to log into any PeopleFluent products will be greeted by maintenance pages explaining the system is currently unavailable.
• Any outbound export/report scheduled during this time will be canceled.
• SFTP sites may experience connectivity issues. PeopleFluent recommends to either hold the delivery of data files during this maintenance or resend those once the maintenance completes.

Please share this information with other system users as needed. For the list of scheduled dates of future maintenance windows, please visit the Help Center for the 2025 Maintenance Schedule. If you do not have access to the Help Center, please request a full list from your Customer Success Manager. Support will send a follow-up notification only if the window is extended.  Your team can restart system activities at the end of the maintenance window.
