The Career Center in the Career Development Center (CDC) includes a number of pages in which you can view and edit information related to a learner's training for their career, plus a summary page that lists their performance reviews.

On the Summary page you can view a list of the learner's competencies along with their proficiency level. You can drill down to the Competencies page where you can view the competency's details, update its proficiency level and award new competencies.

The pages and information visible to you depend on your System Role access permissions. Reviewers with read-only access to the Career Center Summary and corresponding features in System Roles (Review Features > Review Submenu Features) can view those sections in the Career Center in the CDC. 

To review a learner in the Career Center

1. Go to Home > Workspace > Review and select Review Career Center from the learner's action menu. The CDC opens in a new window at the Career Center's Summary page.
2. Click on a competency to open it in the Competencies page. Alternatively, click one of the items in the Career Center menu on the left.
