Create a Logical Domain
System administrators with read-only or unrestricted access to the System Administration feature in System Roles (Manage Features > System Administration) can create logical domains.
You can create new logical domains only if Multiple Assignments is disabled in System Configuration. If Multiple Assignments is enabled, a warning message is shown in the Logical Domains page and you can only edit the Global Default domain.
PeopleFluent recommends selecting the System User, System Approver and Default Profile from within the domain. Although this is not enforced, it will make general system behavior simpler to manage.
To create a logical domain
- Go to Manage Center > System > Logical Domains. The Logical Domains page opens and lists the existing logical domains.
- Click + Create New Domain. The Logical Domain page opens.
- Enter the details for the new domain.
- Click Save.
