Details:

Onboarding administrators and engagement managers can cancel engagements. When an engagement is canceled, the application automatically does the following:

  • Updates the engagement's status to Canceled.
  • Changes the statuses of all tasks to Canceled.

Warning: Once an engagement is canceled, you cannot reopen it. Canceling an engagement automatically cancels all of its tasks. Exercise caution when you use this feature.


To cancel an engagement

  1. Go to Menu > Reports > Grid Reporting > Onboarding and choose an engagement SmartGrid view.


  2. Click an engagement subject name to open the record, then click the Details tab.


  3. Click Change Status at the bottom of the page. The Change Engagement Status dialog box appears.


  4. Select Canceled from the drop-down menu.


  5. Optionally, enter a reason for canceling the engagement.


  6. Click Save.
